Each virtual session counts as one Peer Session, one Elective or Full Credit; if Peer or Elective session, you need to attend one of each to be fully trained.

Club Officer Training Credit Policy
Member must attend 1 peer session and 1 elective session, and complete the survey in order to get credit for COT.
If a member serves as an officer in multiple clubs, all the clubs that the member serves as an officer will get the credit.
If you have attended the COT session, and did not complete the survey, please email [email protected] with the session name and date.
If you have attended COT in another District, please have the PQD of that District send a confirmation to [email protected]

Note 1: This section which tracks officers that have attended COT will be updated starting sometime in July. The Trio does not fully get a list of officers until mid July, making it difficult to track which officer role to which specific club until then.
Note 2: 2 hour full credit sessions are recorded under the elective session column. If you have full credit without a peer session, this is because you have attended a 2 hour full credit COT. Please reach out to [email protected] with questions.
