PATHWAYS

journey of personal and professional development

Pathways is Changing!

Base Camp, the online system where Pathways is accessed, is moving to a new learning management system (LMS). This will lay the foundation for many exciting improvements to the Pathways learning experience, including easier platform navigation, more frequent content updates, and a mobile application. The new changes are now deployed and base camp is now available.

As part of the changes, 6 paths will be retained and 5 paths will be dropped. Members who purchased Effective Coaching, Innovative Planning, Leadership Development, Strategic Relationships, or Team Collaboration prior to the rollout of the new system launch will be able to complete and receive credit for work in these paths. While projects in these paths will not have updated navigation or content following the transition, members working in these paths will still be able to access their educational content, complete projects, and receive credit for path and level completions using the updated and redesigned learning management system.

To explore new features and hear responses to user-submitted questions, check out the recording of the Explore the New Base Camp Webinar.

You can also take a deeper dive into how to use the system with the Base Camp User Guide and the Base Camp Manager Guide.

How to approve a level in Pathways - video - Base Camp Manager (i.e. VP Education, President and Club Secretary) who get notified when members completed a Pathway level, how to approve the completion in order for member to progress to the next level, and for the member and club to receive the recognition from Toastmasters

Club Path Achievement Chart - allows the Vice President Education (VPE) to track the progress of each club member in Pathways. This document should be passed from one to the next so progress can be tracked over time.
