We have so many Trail Blazers in District 45 and so little room on our main page to highlight everyone! For this reason, as we add new recipients, former recipients are rolled off the front page. Everyone continues to be trail blazers even if they are no longer highlighted below! Thank you to all our recipients for serving the members of District 45!
Antoine LeGresley
Le Club Toastmasters Acadien
Antoine is the epitome of what makes Toastmasters so great! He's a "shining star" that makes things happen! He's has continued to provide translation of D45 Newletter to our French speaking members; he was a active participant on my DTM Project team and Antoine has agreed to be on our Club Growth Team overseeing our mentors for new chartered clubs.
- Tom Macisso, DTM
Elise Thorsen
Savvy Speakers Toastmasters Club
Elise answered Spotlight Toastmasters call for help as we were hosting another open house. As a low member club, we wanted to have our agenda filled to provide a quality meeting for our guests and Elise assisted us as timer. She consistently steps up when called upon to do so and comes prepared to fulfill her duties with energy and enthusiasm. Thank you so much Elise - keep being a shining star!

Peter Allston
Memorial Toastmasters Club
Peter has gone above and beyond the duties of a Toastmaster and Executive Member to support Memorial Toastmasters. Weekly, he arrives early to set up the Zoom Meeting, troubleshooting and ensuring those who join in can see and hear. Peter also sets up the room for the Toastmasters Meeting: Arranging the tables, setting up the Lectern, distributing the Voting Ballots, the Speaker Feedback Forms, and the Member Name Tags, as well as hanging the Toastmasters Banners, which enables guests to see the physical location of the Meeting. Peter takes responsibility for carrying all of the Club paraphernalia (Banners, Gavel, Ballots, etc) to and from the Meeting, weekly.
Peter also jumps in at the last minute to assist with any aspect of ensuring that Memorial Toastmasters is organized and ready for a successful Meeting.
Peter has participated in outside activities, promoting our Club, such as Toastmasters sessions at SHAD Valley, the Public Library and Exxon Mobile.
Peter is a valued and contributing Executive and Toastmaster Member and one who is respected and appreciated by his fellow Toastmasters.

Samuel Boduch, DTM
Portsmouth Toastmasters Club
Always willing to lend a hand - that's Sam! He recently assisted Spotlight Toastmasters with our open house by taking on the role of General Evaluator. When I reached out to Sam with my request to take on a role during our special event, he didn't hesitate. I have worked closely with Sam over the last number of years on various things and can always count on him to show up and give it his best. Sam is a cheerleader for others and provided our club with an effective evaluation while also bringing energy and humor to our meeting. Thanks for your support Sam, it's greatly appreciated!

Shelley Petit, DTM
Le Club Toastmasters Acadien
I am honoured to nominate Shelley Petit for TrailBlazer for her outstanding leadership and advocacy. As the only bilingual Area Director in Division C, Shelley has supported multiple Toastmasters clubs, serving as President of Arcadie Club, Vice President of Education at Rise and Shine Advanced Toastmasters, and Area 2 Director.
Beyond Toastmasters, Shelley passionately advocates for the rights of persons with disabilities. As President of the New Brunswick Coalition of Persons with Disabilities (NBCPD), she has worked tirelessly to advance accessibility and inclusion, amplifying voices at both provincial and international levels.

Spotlight Toastmasters Club
As club coach for Spotlight Toastmasters, I recently challenged all members to invite and bring as many guests to the January + February meetings as possible. While many members did invite guests, Crystal far succeeded all other members by bringing FIVE guests to meetings. Crystal is also the President of the club and always brings the best energy and enthusiasm to the club, while also maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and leadership. She is an inspiration. Spotlight Toastmasters is lucky to have such a stalwart leader and member. Go Crystal go!
