I joined Toastmasters in March 2022. I learned about Toastmasters through my friend Martha who has been a member of Toastmasters for 3 years. I was a guest in her club (Creatively Speaking) many times and I enjoyed it a lot. Then I decided to become a member and I have enjoyed it even more.
Another benefit in addition to developing your confidence and speaking skills of becoming a member is that you will get to know more people. We enjoy helping each other and others who are interested; we all want to improve our public speaking skills.
