As a child I had immense fear of public speaking. Whenever there use to be any speech or impromptu competition in school or college, I never use to participate for same. I had believed that “public speaking” is not my cup of tea, so there is no need to focus on that.

Even as software tester, I never felt any need to ponder upon “public speaking” stuff .As a result, I never use to share my feedbacks in official meetings too. But, after professional growth, I landed up in a business analyst role.

And now there was no escape gate for me . Fortunately, I met my mento ,who himself is a Business Analyst ,he recognized where exactly I am lagging. He encouraged me to join Toastmasters, so that I can work on my speaking skills. Not only that, my fellow members of my Toastmasters club are helping me grow as good speaker. They are showering me with their experiences and knowledge.

So this is a win-win situation for me. After joining Toastmasters club, GROWTH is the keyword which I see for me in my professional and personal front via my soft skills for my bright future.
